    Summer transfer bomb in "Super Lig" has exploded, Alex Teixeira is new member of Turkish champion squad Besiktas JK.

    Contract is signed on three years (optional two plus one), or till summer 2024.

    Fact that five years ago Chinese "Super League" team JS Suning has payed for Alex record transfer fee of 50,000,000.00 euros says enough about Brazilian offensive midfielder quality level.

    Played five full years for Chinese club (January 2016 ~ January 2021), with amazing total statistic of 153 caps, 43 assists and 73 goals scored. With JS Suning has won championship title in Chinese 2020 "Super League".

    Before China he was also incredible for years in Ukraine giant Shakhtar Donetsk, total stats (January 2010 ~ January 2016): 223 games, 29 assists, 89 goals.     Born 31 years ago, in city of Duque de Caixas, Brazil, full name Alex Teixeira Santos, product of a famous football academy Vasco da Gama and for their youth selections he has played also with great success. Alex main position is attacking midfielder, but with great success can cover several more positions. Debuted in professional football at the age of 18 on May 2008 in Vasco senior team.

    With Brazil national youth teams U17 and U20 has in total 26 caps with 11 goals scored.

    At this August 2021, player market value (by Transfermarkt) is estimated on 7,000,000.00 euros.

    Besiktas JK has finished season 2020-21 as Turkey "Super Lig" winner, won their 16 state champion title.
